GRAHAME GERSTENBERG
CEO of Magical Learning
Grahame has over 25 years' experience in organisational learning and development. He has worked extensively with a community of government agencies and elite businesses, domestically and overseas. This includes recent leadership programs that he designed for business, government and individuals on the Isle of Man.
In 2016, he took over as CEO of Lead Without A Title Global Inc. the company founded by Robin Sharma to promote his corporate leadership programs globally. Grahame has experience in designing and delivering accredited and non-accredited programs, spanning:
- Building high-performing teams
- Leading with emotional intelligence
- Managing stress and resilience
- Communication and negotiation skills.
Grahame adopts a collaborative approach in his work with clients to help build long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery. He infuses his programs with a wry sense of humour that creates a warm, fun environment to learn in. Grahame is also an experienced Executive Coach, with clients in Australia and overseas.
DANETTE FENTON-MENZIES
Director of Learning at Magical Learning
Danette is a Chartered Accountant and CPA with over 24 years’ experience in private and public sectors. For the past 19 years, she has delivered a range of accredited and non-accredited programs for clients throughout Australia and internationally.
Danette has developed and delivered hundreds of training programs which have increased participants’ capability to operate effectively in APS environments. She has also partnered with agencies to deliver longer-term programs to develop staff and leaders’ understanding of areas such as government finance, communication skills, innovative practices, management and leadership skills, working in teams, and working collaboratively.
Danette can communication complicated topics in a way that audiences with different levels of experience can understand and relate to. Her contagious humour and engaging personality make potentially dry topics interesting and highly interactive. Danette is also an experienced Executive Coach with clients in Australia and overseas.
